Training Objective


Develop your leadership skills in order to attain predetermined goals :

  • through the mastery of the latest and most effective management techniques aimed specifically with your objectives and your company's strategy in mind,
  • through increasing the performance of your team in order to be more productive,
  • through rallying professionalism geared to construct a balance between the individual and the team.

All front line managers with or without experience,

Training Method

  • Theoretical input is treated in lectures and punctuated by practical exercises and case study role plays. All participants participate.
  • Individual and group reflection. Experience sharing.


Number of participants and length of training


6 maximum inter-company. This amount can change in the case of an intra-company training. The seminar takes place over a 2-day consecutive period with an additional day possible in function of need.



The Tools

  • Each participant will leave with a complete portfolio booklet on which they will have worked, using their own personal experiences,
  • Pocket memory cards with our management methods,
  • An immediate plan of action to put into place in order to improve your performance and that of your team.


Specialized trainers

  • Each trainer has a field experience of 10 years minimum as a sales director.
  • Each trainer has conceptualized and designed specific training modules for various companies. These enriched experiences have developed their teaching methods.
