Training Objective


To understand and be understood by your partner of any nationality in order to develop your international activities

  • through integration of the concept of CULTURE, associated with rites and traditions. Several countries in Europe and Asia are presented and a specific country can be studied in particular.
  • through listening for the underlying meaning in the relation and through observing the motivational processes.
  • through sharing lived experiences between the participants.

  • To understand what a culture and its foundations are,
  • Analyse the values and the associated attitudes and behaviors,
  • To learn how to be sensitive to the reactions of the other and to integrate his difference, to grasp his motivation,
  • To integrate concepts of : distance in relations, time, chronological space, vision and cultural context,
  • To engage in the mutually satisfactory plans of working together.

Training Method

Develop awareness through experiences in plenary (films, case studies, complex role plays)
  1. Analysis and reflection on individual experiences
  2. Structuring in groups, conceptualization
  3. Teacher's theoretical contribution, corrections
  4. Validation of the seminar with the trainer
In order to engage the thought process, the theoretical contributions are dealt with after the practical exercises of awareness. All trainees participate.


Amount of Participants and Length of Training


10 maximum - with participants from different companies. This number can change in the case of an individual company training session. Seminars are 2 days.



The Tools


Each participant will receive a complete file on which they will have worked, including their own experiences and analysis, as well as a video of their performances on practical exercises.
